From growing up in the inner city, being arrested, filing for bankruptcy, and becoming a single father all before he was 30. Rodell has let the school of hard knocks inspire him to inspire others.

After losing everything in 2014, - car repossessed, filed for bankruptcy. Rodell needed to rebuild his life and building from nothing as a single father Rodell started to document the principles of creating a successful business step by step. As he started to share those principles with others he started to get paid as a consultant. Those simple principles along with his multiple million-dollar empires have made Rodell a sought out speaker for audiences all over the country. 

Rodell started his career in the door to door sales, working his way VP of Sales of a software firm within a few years. After Co-founding one of the nation's top sports performance facilities (Ford Sports Performance) he found a passion for helping entrepreneurs build a business they can love. His background in professional sports and business development is where the name “x-factor” comes from. An X-Factor in sports was a game-changer when they came in the game they had the ability to shift the outcome. He believes in helping small business owners find their X-factor. 

After years of leading teams, Rodell knows that leadership is an act of the heart. Not a title or a position.
