Ethan Zohn

Ethan Zohn is a former professional soccer player, sports broadcaster, social entrepreneur, 2x cancer survivor and 2x stem cell transplant recipient. He is a beloved TV personality, having won the hit reality television show Survivor Africa. In February of this year, Ethan returned to CBS in Survivor’s epic season 40, “Winners at War”, where the show’s top winners of all time battled it out! 

After winning Survivor Africa, Ethan used a portion of his winnings to co-found Grassroot Soccer, an adolescent health organization that has graduated over 2 million at-risk youth in 50 countries. 

As demonstrated by his charitable work, volunteerism, and community involvement, Ethan believes that education, advocacy and inspiration are the most powerful ways to "heal the world”. Ethan has used his voice and story to be an advocate and ambassador to a variety of charities, including Stand Up to Cancer, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Be the Match, and more. He shares his journey through life, one that is based on leadership, resiliency and how service is a tool to be an agent of change. Through it all, his personal challenges have become the source of his strength.
